"SEAL BEACH – A white SUV flipped over and blocked lanes after colliding with a semi truck on the southbound I-405 freeway just north of Seal Beach Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident was reported at 6:17 a.m.
Reports made to the CHP indicated there were minor head injuries.
Up to six vehicles were reported on the right shoulder.
The No. 3 and 4 lanes were blocked. Lanes were clear by 7:16 a.m."
