"SEAL BEACH – A white SUV flipped over and blocked lanes after colliding with a semi truck on the southbound I-405 freeway just north of Seal Beach Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident was reported at 6:17 a.m.

Reports made to the CHP indicated there were minor head injuries.
Up to six vehicles were reported on the right shoulder.
The No. 3 and 4 lanes were blocked. Lanes were clear by 7:16 a.m."

Crash leaves car dangling over edge of Milwaukie parking lot.

"MILWAUKIE, Ore. -- A driver walked away from a crash in a Milwaukie parking lot Monday that left a car dangling two stories off the ground.

Clackamas County deputies said the man crashed through a large roll-up door and a cement barrier at the Willamette View Manor garage on SE River Road.
Rescuers found the man in his apartment unhurt. He told them he had hit the gas instead of the brake.
The structure was closed while crews secured the car and got a tow truck. Investigators said the building did not have any major damage."
